We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Lead - Training to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions, creating high-quality training materials, and ensuring that all content aligns with learning objectives and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of content creation principles, and training facilitation. In addition, they should be enthusiastic about identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience with video editing and e-learning development is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities: Content Development & Training Material Creation: Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, newsletters, presentations, and handouts. Create PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key concepts and reinforce learning objectives. Develop structured training agendas and lesson plans that align with organizational goals. Ensure all training materials are clear, concise, and visually engaging. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate employees on key topics. Use interactive training techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention. Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback. Learning Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.Assist in creating e-learning modules and interactive training experiences. Support the development of performance metrics to track training impact on operational outcomes. Analyze performance data and feedback to inform targeted learning solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or content creation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other content development tools. Ability to develop clear, structured, and engaging training materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to review materials for accuracy and clarity. Good-to-have: Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar). Good-to-have: Basic video editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar). Key Competencies: High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Capacity to deliver remote training sessions to other regions and timezones.. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training materials to different audiences. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments. Instawork is looking to hire a Claims Manager who will be responsible for directly overseeing workers' compensation, occupational accident, and liability claims within our broader Trust & Safety and risk management program. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and managing risk exposures that could result in human, physical, or financial loss. The Claims Manager will collaborate closely with Instawork’s Legal, Trust & Safety, and broader support teams, including consultants, insurance representatives, and staff to implement new programs, enhance existing programs, and provide recommendations to management regarding rules and procedures. Qualifications: 5+ years in insurance claims adjusting or management, including workers’ compensation, occupational accident, and other injury and property damage claims; Impeccably organized; Detailed and process-oriented; Thorough knowledge of insurance lines and insurance laws across the United States; Composed handling high-priority escalations; Excellent verbal and written communication; Ability to analyze, classify, and rate risks, exposures, and loss expectancies; Marketplace risk experience preferred. Responsibilities: Report, oversee, monitor, and investigate insurance claims across all jurisdictions; Support Instawork with workers’ compensation and occupational accident claims by running loss control surveys and training for teams involved in the claims reporting process as well as monthly data reporting requirements to carriers; Partner with insurance carriers to mitigate loss by evaluating and implementing tools, including but not limited to investigators and nurse case managers; Communicate frequently with internal stakeholders and third parties, including claims adjusters, brokers and other insurance personnel, injured Professionals, business Partners, doctors, and attorneys; Participate in monthly claim reviews to steer claims towards resolution; Maintain organized, accurate records of all claims and supporting documentation; Provide regular updates to senior management on claims activity; Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Develop, implement, and improve scalable processes and training to build a best-in-class claims function. For CA based applicants: The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
