Reporting to the Product Support Senior Manager and based in either Mumbai or Bangalore, India, this role involves 40% travel and is a fully on-site position. **Role and Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with domestic and international teams to provide electrical expertise for the day-to-day operation of fuel cell power generation plants. - Coordinate and oversee the installation and commissioning of Fuel Cell systems. - Investigate and assist customers with power quality issues. - Evaluate interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures. - Demonstrate an understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, I2C, and Ethernet. - Coordinate with Engineering Teams and clients to gather necessary information, explore options, and develop reliable solutions. - Conduct failure analysis of electrical components for preventive or corrective actions. - Apply knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC), the National Electric Code (NEC), and other relevant rules and regulations. - Perform or supervise work related to the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of Fuel Cell Systems, Transformers, Breakers, and Relays. - Communicate effectively and professionally within the team and with external vendors. **Skills and Experience:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the Power industry or Mission Critical/Data Center industry. - Proficiency in analog and digital circuits, power devices, control systems, and instrumentation. - Familiarity with fuel cells and Electrolyzer systems is a plus. - Strong technical leadership and background in electrical studies. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate, lead, and mentor. - Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
