Key Responsibilities:

Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer closure, and onboarding
Maintain ATS (Zoho Recruit), dashboards, and recruitment SLAs
Build strong talent pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring strategies

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in agencies/startups)
Strong communication, networking, and process orientation
Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit preferred)
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
