Production Engineer - Stator Coil Production - Operator

Position Title:

• Diploma electrical& electronics engineering. (DEEE)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 -5 years of professional experience in Coil Manufacturing process
• Experience in coil manufacturing industry.

Key Areas of Responsibilities of a Stator Coil Production

• Ensure production schedules and completion of work timely for stator coils production.
• Ensure the quality of coil manufacturing components and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify areas of improvement in production processes and troubleshooting production issues.
• Safely and efficiently operate machinery for coil production, adjusting equipment as needed to meet specifications
• Record the production data, document quality checks, report equipment malfunctions, and prepare incident or progress reports as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by following safety guidelines, operating within company policies, and reporting any safety hazards

Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Technical Expertise:

• Handling of stator coil manufacturing processes (e.g. Coil looping, forming, Head fixing, tapping, Coil spreading, vacuum pressure impregnation, Hot pressing),
• Knowledge of electrical insulation materials and tapping process (e.g., mica tape, resin, PES tape etc.),
• Knowledge of electrical testing & equipments. (e.g., Surge test ,HV test ,IR, winding resistance etc. ) .
• Handling of Coil looping machine and resolve minor breakdown.
• Handling of Coil spreading machine and resolve minor breakdown.
• Handling of Hot press machine and resolve minor breakdown.

Other Skills

• Strong understanding of production process, quality standards, and drawing
• The ability to identify and resolve production issues and make decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, systems is generally required.
• Familiarity with coil design and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 50001, 45000, 14001 standards.
