Youll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the Prompt Response Team (PRT), ensuring on-time troubleshooting and fleet availability, in line with our contractual commitments. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Helpline and Depot TS team, Engineering), manage local warehouses and much more. Youll specifically take care of root cause analysis, governance and corrective actions from suppliers, but also contribute to reliability growth and return of experience.
