Rotor Manufacturing - Operator (Wind Electric DFIG Generator)

Position Title:

• Diploma electrical &electronics engineering. (DEEE)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience Bar isolation system / Flat Rotor Manufacturing process
• Experience in Rotor manufacturing industry.

Key Areas of Responsibilities of a Rotor Production

• Ensure production schedules and completion of work timely for Rotor production.
• Ensure quality standards and quality of Rotor manufacturing process components and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify areas of improvement in production processes and troubleshooting production issues.
• Record production data, document quality checks, report equipment malfunctions, and prepare incident or progress reports as needed.
• Work cooperatively with team members to achieve production targets, participate in training, and ensure all production processes adhere to SOPs and compliance guidelines.
• The ability to read technical documents, drawings and assembly instructions
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.

ey Skills and Knowledge:

• Technical Expertise:

• Handling of Bar isolation system / Flat Rotor manufacturing processes (e.g. Bar insertion, Isolation material preparation, Bandaging process, winding connection, liner insertion, induction Brazing, Cable crimping, inversion bar fixing, Tapping, vacuum pressure impregnation, Oven Operation etc)
• Handling electrical insulation materials and tapping (e.g., mica tape, resin, PES tape etc.),
• Handling of electrical testing & equipments. (e.g., Surge, HV test ,IR, winding resistance etc. ) .
• Handling of Brazing machine and resolve any issues in the machine.
• Handling of insulation cutting machine and resolve any issues in the machine..
• Handling Bandaging machine and resolve any issues in the machine.

Other Skills

• Strong understanding of production process and quality standards.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, 50001, 45000, 14001 standards
• The ability to identify and resolve production issues and make decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP systems is generally required.
• Familiarity with Rotor design and manufacturing processes is preferred
