Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and support. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business leads through calls, emails, and online channels.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and prepare quotations or proposals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.

• Support senior management in sales strategy execution and lead tracking.

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, or documentation) to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting sheets.

• Participate in sales review meetings and contribute to market insights, competitor tracking, and business opportunities.

• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and trade/business meetings.


Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles (industrial/B2B experience preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.


Preferred Qualities:

• Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.

• Willingness to travel if required.
