Overview:

Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain an 

  ISO 9001:2015-compliant QMS

  .
• Ensure adherence to 

  FAA regulations and international standards

   in production and inspection.
• Develop and maintain 

  Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

  .
• Verify material and product compliance prior to shipment.
• Manage 

  calibration of tools, gauges, and test equipment

  .
• Conduct 

  internal quality audits

   and follow up on corrective actions.
• Liaise with 

  certification bodies, auditors, and regulatory authorities

  .
• Approve/reject materials and stop production when necessary.
• Provide 

  QMS training and awareness

   to staff.
• Maintain accurate 

  records, reports, and certifications

   for traceability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial) or equivalent.
• ISO 9001:2015 

  Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification

   preferred.
• Knowledge of 

  FAA AC 150/5345, AC 150/5340, ASTM, and ANSI standards

   is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in 

  Quality Assurance / Quality Control

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  calibration, inspection, and testing processes

  .

Skills

• In-depth understanding of 

  QMS procedures

  : document control, internal audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk-based thinking.
• Ability to interpret 

  engineering drawings and specifications

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  inspection techniques, material traceability, and nonconformance control

  .
• Excellent 

  communication and leadership skills

   to interact with auditors, suppliers, and teams.
• Ability to 

  train, guide, and mentor QA/QC inspectors

  .
