Quality Management System Engineer

As a Techno Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders in the RA/QA department. Your primary responsibility will be leading the implementation and support of Veera Vault as a technology platform to enable the transformation of Bio-Rad's QMS. You will be tasked with modernizing and harmonizing applications to reduce risks, enhancing proactive issue detection, standardizing reporting, and fostering a quality culture. Your expertise will ensure that Veera Vault technology aligns with the best business practices and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver optimal technology solutions, as well as work closely with industry-leading implementation partners to deliver top-notch eQMS systems. Your leadership will be instrumental in the Management System Transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and support of Veera Vault technology platform - Modernize and harmonize applications to reduce risks - Enhance proactive issue detection and standardize reporting - Ensure Veera Vault technology supports best business practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology solutions - Work closely with industry-leading implementation partners for eQMS systems - Lead the Management System Transformation Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science or related field is a must - Masters or higher degree in a related field is preferable - Excellent technical and practical experience in VeeraVault or leading QMS systems is a must - Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience is required - Experience in process documentation is necessary - Relevant Life Sciences industry experience is highly desired - Proven ability to establish critical relationships and build trust throughout the organization - Ability to think cross-functionally and make sound business decisions - Willingness to work independently In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess technical skills in: - VeevaVault - VeevaVault SME - Solution Architect - Business Analyst - RIMS - eQMS - QualityDox - Veeva - Implementation Please note that the above job description is sourced from hirist.tech.,
