Job Description:

We’re looking for a high-performing B2B Enterprise Sales Specialist to spearhead Excelohunt’s global sales expansion. You will own the complete sales function — from market identification to deal closure — as an individual contributor.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic professional who thrives in high-ticket, consultative sales, engages confidently with C-suite executives, and can independently drive pipeline growth, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

If you’re someone who blends strategy, communication, and execution excellence — and have experience selling marketing or tech services (preferably email marketing) in the global or US market — you’ll excel here.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Take complete ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying markets and building a qualified pipeline to closing deals.
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis, market mapping, and positioning to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Manage high-ticket B2B and enterprise deals, ensuring long-term relationship value.
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales revenue and conversion targets through proactive pipeline management and execution excellence.
  • Engage and build trust with senior decision-makers (CXOs, CMOs, VPs of Marketing, etc.) across industries.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships for retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Regularly audit and refine sales processes based on data and conversion insights.

2. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals, inbound interest, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
  • Develop, test, and optimize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to target decision-makers effectively.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM for lead management and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene with measurable deal progression visibility.

3. Outreach & Communication

  • Craft compelling, value-driven outreach sequences using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, or Seamless.AI for personalization and engagement.
  • Communicate with C-level executives and global decision-makers to pitch tailored solutions that address client pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure outreach aligns with brand positioning and campaign messaging.
  • Recommend improvements in sales collateral, automation flows, and outreach workflows to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Manage high-value negotiations and complex enterprise contracts independently.
  • Prepare professional proposals, pricing decks, and SoWs (Scope of Work) ensuring win-win deal structures.
  • Oversee handover of closed deals to the operations team, maintaining ownership until smooth onboarding is complete.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and post-sale relationship continuity.

5. Reporting, Forecasting & Insights

  • Maintain detailed sales data, client interactions, and deal progression in the CRM.
  • Report performance metrics directly to the Director — including pipeline growth, deal velocity, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyze buyer behavior and market feedback to recommend pricing, messaging, or strategic adjustments.
  • Provide structured insights that contribute to quarterly and annual business planning.

6. Continuous Optimization

  • Use AI-powered tools and GPT workflows to streamline proposal creation, client communication, and research.
  • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies for improved open, reply, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about global B2B trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies in the outreach and automation space.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven B2B/enterprise sales experience with consistent revenue achievement.
  • Experience selling marketing, tech, or email marketing services globally (US market preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Zoho) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for high-stakes business contexts.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value service deals independently.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Seamless.AI) for personalization, lead research, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Performance Expectations:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Deliver consistent performance across LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.
  • Demonstrate measurable improvement in conversion rates, response quality, and deal velocity.
  • Actively contribute to the refinement of sales processes, collateral, and automation workflows.
