Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, preparing research reports, performing valuation analysis, and delivering end-to-end financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product and business improvements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning. Conduct valuation analysis using methods such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions. Prepare and present in-depth research reports on financial performance, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Perform end-to-end financial analysis, ensuring accurate data interpretation and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with product, finance, and business strategy teams to enhance financial efficiency and drive product improvement initiatives. Monitor key financial and operational metrics, providing insights to senior management. Support financial reporting, investment analysis, and business case evaluations. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, market movements, and economic developments that impact the business. Stay informed about competitor activities, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and emerging financial best practices. Utilize insights from market research, financial reports, and industry publications to provide strategic recommendations and ensure informed decision-making. Actively participate in industry forums, webinars, and networking events to stay ahead of market dynamics and evolving financial trends. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and evolving workspace. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, CFA or a related field. 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment research, or corporate finance. Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and research report preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial databases, and reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
