• Develop annual budgets and long-term financial plan
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards for leadership
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and margin analysis
• Support M&A evaluation and integration (if applicable)
• Build and maintain financial models to track efficiency and profitability
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
• Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
• Drive process automation for budgeting and reporting
➢ Accounting Experience on Xero Software.
➢ Strong Financial analysis and strategic thinking skills.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
➢ Excellent organization and time management ability
