Role Purpose
Own end-to-end coordination across multiple business verticals—MBA colleges (Vizag, Hyderabad, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Kakinada), Intermediate & Degree colleges (Vizianagaram, Hyderabad, Nellore), international IT staffing operations, and Real Estate & Construction. You will translate the Director’s vision into structured plans, drive inter-departmental execution, ensure legal/compliance readiness (India & overseas), and build agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Governance
- Act as the Director’s single point of contact; manage calendar, priorities, and decision trackers.
- Convert the Director’s vision into quarterly OKRs, project plans, and weekly dashboards.
- Prepare board notes, MoMs, briefs, and follow-ups; maintain confidentiality at all times.
Multi-Vertical Program Coordination
- Drive launch & operations for each campus/vertical: academic calendars, admissions, branding, partnerships, facility readiness.
- Coordinate daily with Principals, Academic Heads, Admissions, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations across locations.
- Track sales/admissions pipelines, placement progress, vendor SLAs, and construction milestones.
Legal, Finance & Compliance
- Liaise with
Advocates, Chartered Accountants, and Company Secretaries
on entity formation, MoUs, contracts, audits, tax/GST, RERA, AICTE/UGC/state approvals, employment contracts, and IP/trademarks. - For
international IT staffing
: research and coordinate overseas company formation, licensing, registrations, payroll/tax, and basic immigration/work authorization requirements (in consultation with local counsel/consultants). - Maintain a compliance calendar and risk register; escalate red flags proactively.
Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Handle client communications professionally; schedule reviews, prepare proposals, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Source & negotiate with vendors (marketing, construction, IT, facilities); maintain master vendor database and rate cards.
- Build academic/industry partnerships; coordinate advisory boards and corporate tie-ups for internships/placements.
Team Building & Process Excellence
- Help recruit, onboard, and structure efficient cross-functional teams for each location.
- Set SOPs, checklists, and playbooks (admissions, placements, campus ops, site progress, vendor onboarding).
- Implement simple systems (task trackers, CRMs, shared drives) and drive adoption.
Communications & Documentation
- Draft letters, MoUs, proposals, brochures, and executive presentations.
- Maintain a centralized, version-controlled repository of legal/financial/operational documents.
- Prepare weekly business reviews (WBR) and monthly business reviews (MBR) with data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG in Management/Operations preferred.
- 5–10 years in executive assistance/PMO/operations/program management across
education, staffing, or real estate/construction
. - Demonstrated experience coordinating with
Advocates/CA/CS
and handling multi-location operations. - Exposure to
international company setup/licensing
or global staffing operations is a strong plus.

Excellent English; Telugu required

- On-time launch/readiness of each campus/vertical against defined milestones.
- % closure of weekly action items; SLA compliance with legal/finance filings.
- Admissions & placement funnel health (lead-to-enrolment ratios, offer conversions).
- Vendor/contract cycle time and savings achieved vs. baseline quotes.
- Quality of WBR/MBR reporting (accuracy, insightfulness, timeliness).
- Team hiring/onboarding time and first-90-day productivity.
