You will translate the Director’s vision into structured plans, drive inter-departmental execution, ensure legal/compliance readiness (India & overseas), and build agile teams. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Governance Act as the Director’s single point of contact; manage calendar, priorities, and decision trackers. Convert the Director’s vision into quarterly OKRs, project plans, and weekly dashboards. Prepare board notes, MoMs, briefs, and follow-ups; maintain confidentiality at all times. Multi-Vertical Program Coordination Drive launch & operations for each campus/vertical: academic calendars, admissions, branding, partnerships, facility readiness.
