The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling communications, and maintaining efficient coordination across stakeholders, projects, and events. Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars; arrange travel and logistics as needed. Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Event Organization: Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings related to ongoing projects. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, finances, and reporting requirements. Project Support: Coordinate with teams to prepare reports, presentations, and project updates. Stakeholder Interface: Serve as a key point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. Requirements : Minimum 1 year of prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
