ERP Ownership

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Zoho-based ERP stack across Inventory, Books, CRM, Analytics, and Creator.
• Map business processes for jewellery (design-to-cast-to-finish, hallmarking, QA, stone setting, repairs, returns) and translate into Zoho workflows and automations.
• Build and manage integrations (Zoho Flow/APIs) with POS/ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, marketplaces, barcoding/RFID systems, and production tools.
• Jewellery-Specific Operations
• Set up item masters with jewellery attributes (metal type/purity, weight, wastage, stones, sizes, making charges, hallmark details, certifications).
• Implement costing models: BOMs, labour/making charges, metal rate linking (gold/silver/platinum), stone cost, overhead allocation, and margin targets.
• Establish production tracking: job cards, work orders, vendor outsourcing (casting/setting/polishing), due dates, and quality checkpoints.
• Configure inventory controls for variants, batches, serials, repairs, consignments, and sample stock.
• Manage pricing strategies: dynamic pricing based on metal rates, promotions, wholesale tiers, and regional taxes.
• Finance & Compliance
• Align Zoho Books with tax rules (GST/VAT, HSN/SAC), audit trails, landed costs, and multi-currency.
• Ensure accurate cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory valuation (FIFO/Weighted Average), and periodic reconciliations.
• Set up approval workflows for purchase, sales, discounts, returns, and credit notes.
• Support statutory filings, certifications, hallmark records, and compliance reporting.
• Data & Reporting
• Define KPIs and dashboards in Zoho Analytics: inventory turns, aged stock, melt vs. make variances, order cycle time, margins, stock accuracy, and production efficiency.
• Own master data quality: item masters, vendor/customer records, price lists, BOMs, and user roles.
• Build custom reports for management, demand planning, and exception alerts (stock-outs, slow movers, cost variances).
• Change Management & Support
• Train end users (procurement, production, retail, finance, ecom) and create SOPs/user guides.
• Provide Tier-2 support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Zoho support/partners.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, sandbox testing, and UAT.
• Drive adoption and enforce process discipline.

Requirements

• 5+ years in ERP management or business systems, with 3+ years hands-on Zoho (Inventory, Books, CRM, Analytics; Creator/Flow a plus).
• Proven experience in jewellery manufacturing/retail/wholesale, with deep understanding of:
• Metal rate linkage and revaluation
• BOMs for jewellery (casting, components, stones)
• Making/labour costing and wastage
• Hallmarking, certifications, and QA processes
• Variant/size management and stone attributes
• Strong SQL/Excel skills; experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and custom functions is preferred.
• Experience integrating Zoho with POS/ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), payment gateways, barcoding/RFID, and marketplaces.
• Solid understanding of inventory valuation, COGS, tax compliance (GST/VAT), and audit requirements.
• Excellent process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end: requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-branch, multi-warehouse, and franchise operations.
• Knowledge of precious metals trading, consignments, and buyback/repair flows.
• Exposure to demand forecasting and assortment planning for jewellery.
• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and ETL tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
