ERP Manager

Role & responsibilities

ERP & Inventory Control

• Maintain ERP-based inventory records for:
• Material received from vendors (multiple rates & GST variations)
• Material issued to sites, machines & subcontractors
• Track site-wise, project-wise & machine-wise stock
• Monitor minimum stock levels & reorder alerts
• Reconcile GRN, issue slips, challans & physical stock

Material & Vendor Management

• Record vendor-wise pricing, freight, GST & invoice details
• Track rate differences for same material across sites
• Coordinate with procurement & accounts for:
• PO matching
• Bill verification
• Pending material receipts

Site Coordination

• Daily coordination with site engineers & storekeepers
• Verify material consumption vs BOQ / expected norms
• Support RA bills & cost control with accurate material data
• Maintain engineer-wise and site-wise material responsibility logs

Machinery & Technical Data

• Maintain inventory of:
• Heavy earth-moving machinery parts
• Mining & civil equipment spares
• Consumables (oil, grease, filters, tyres, cutting edges etc.)
• Understand machine types & part nomenclature:
• Excavators, Dumpers, Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Pumps
• Track usage pattern & replacement cycles

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare:
• Daily / weekly stock reports
• Material issue vs consumption variance
• Excess / slow-moving inventory reports
• Flag:
• Abnormal consumption
• Repeated shortages
• Price anomalies
• Support management in cost control & audit readiness

AI & Digital Exposure (Training Provided)

• ERP automation & dashboard reporting
• AI-assisted inventory forecasting
• Data validation & anomaly detection
• Integration with:
• Diesel monitoring
• Machine utilization systems
• Site productivity reports

(Candidate must be willing to learn & implement AI tools)

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of Civil Engineering materials (preferred)
• Fresher or 14 years experience in:
• Stores
• Inventory
• ERP
• Site coordination
• Mining / Infrastructure / EPC projects

Technical Skills Required

• ERP / Inventory software (any platform)
• Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
• Understanding of:
• GRN
• PO
• BOQ
• GST basics
• Stock reconciliation
• Knowledge of machine parts & materials terminology

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination & follow-up skills
• Good documentation & discipline
• Willingness to visit sites if required
• Interest in technology, systems & AI-driven working
