Fullstack Web Developer

Role & responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

Design, develop, and maintain the companys live website (including sub-companies/parallel entities).

Ensure website security, uptime, and speed optimization.

Regularly update content, banners, tenders, news, and reports on the website.

Manage domain, hosting, SSL, and backups.

Debug and resolve technical issues, downtime, or coding errors.

Build new websites for sister/parallel companies with consistent brand identity.

Social Media & Branding

Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.

Plan, write, and upload regular posts, reels, stories, and graphics.

Create campaigns for recruitment, tenders, CSR activities, and achievements.

Ensure professional presentation aligned with company brand guidelines.

Track analytics, reach, and engagement, reporting monthly.

Content & Design

Draft engaging post captions, press releases, and project highlights.

Design creative visuals, short videos, and infographics using Photoshop/Canva/AI tools.

Collaborate with engineers/managers to turn project data into clear updates.

Technical Projects (AI Cameras & Integrations)

Support IT team in coding, software integration, and data visualization from AI cameras.

Ensure seamless integration between website backend and AI camera dashboards (if needed).

Maintain live feeds, alerts, and monitoring dashboards for management.

Cross-Company Collaboration

Work with Directors and Managers to ensure consistent branding across all group entities.

Handle multiple company portfolios with separate websites & social media channels.

Create a centralized content calendar.

Key Skills

Technical: Full-stack web development, WordPress, social media management, AI integration.

Creative: Graphic design, branding, content writing.

Analytical: Ability to measure digital marketing ROI.

Management: Multi-tasking across websites & social

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Web Development / Digital Media (preferred)

Strong knowledge of:

Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).

Back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, Django, or similar).

CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.).

Database management (MySQL, MongoDB).

Social Media Tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

Basic knowledge of AI, camera systems, and IoT integrations.

3-5 years relevant experience in website management + social media.

Excellent written communication skills for drafting posts.

Creative mindset with knowledge of branding and visual consistency.
