• Work From Office (WFO)

  : Monday to Friday

• Core hours

  : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Timing flexibility

  : reasonable flexibility based on travel/commute method (pre-agreed)

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain features across the stack (frontend + backend)
  
• Work primarily with

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  (web and services)
• Contribute to mobile work when needed (JS-based preferred)
  
• Debug issues end-to-end (not just “frontend only” or “backend only”)
  
• Write clean, maintainable code with attention to performance and reliability
  
• Collaborate on requirements, break work into tasks, estimate sensibly, and deliver
  
• Communicate clearly: share progress, raise risks early, and ask questions when unclear
  
• Take feedback well and improve quickly
  

What we’re looking for (must-haves)

• Strong programming fundamentals

  (logic, data structures basics, debugging mindset)
• Comfortable building real projects in

  JS/TS

• Can work across the stack (or willing to learn fast and actually do it)
  
• Practical understanding of:
  
• APIs (REST/JSON), authentication basics
  
• Databases basics (SQL or NoSQL)
  
• Git version control
  

• High integrity

• Testing (unit/integration), CI/CD familiarity
  
• Basic DevOps exposure (deployments, monitoring)
  
• Familiarity with clean code principles and code reviews
  

How we evaluate you

• A short coding task or live problem solving (JS/TS)
  
• Review of 1–2 projects (GitHub/portfolio) or a small assignment
  
• Communication + ownership check (how you explain tradeoffs, problems, and mistakes)
