About the Role Were looking for a Junior Web Designer & UI Assistant to join TechTapestry a growing web development agency. You’ll work closely with developers and the founder to design modern, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces, and contribute to the overall visual identity of our projects. This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn practical, real-world design skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Design clean, responsive UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to turn designs into functional interfaces. Create design assets, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar). Assist in defining and maintaining consistent design systems and component libraries. Contribute to graphic design tasks such as social posts, icons, illustrations, or marketing materials. Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly. Requirements Basic proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch . Understanding of modern UI/UX principles and responsive design. Creative eye for layout, typography, and color. Willingness to learn and adapt in a small, collaborative team. Portfolio or sample work (even personal projects or coursework). Full Stack Developer (JS/TS) Early Career (01 year) Role overview Were hiring an early-career Junior Full Stack Developer who’s strong in programming fundamentals and primarily works in JavaScript/TypeScript . You’ll build and ship features across web + backend , and occasionally mobile and other JS-adjacent work. This role is for someone who values honesty , takes complete ownership , and does what the work requires—even when it’s unfamiliar—rather than staying in a comfort zone.
