As a skilled Full Stack Web Developer at Sagility Healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive websites using platforms like WordPress, Drupal, and other CMS systems. Your focus will be on designing and implementing secure, scalable, and SEO-optimized web applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining responsive websites using WordPress, Drupal, and other CMS platforms - Designing and implementing scalable web architectures using PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs - Building and customizing themes, plugins, and modules based on project requirements - Optimizing website performance, improving crawlability, and enhancing SEO - Implementing robust security practices such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL Injection prevention - Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions - Conducting regular audits for web application security and performance - Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness - Using version control tools like Git to manage and track code changes In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of full-stack development experience - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like React or Vue.js - Expertise in PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs - Hands-on experience in WordPress and Drupal theme/plugin/module development - Familiarity with web security standards and tools - Experience with on-page SEO best practices and performance optimization - Proficiency in using Git for version control - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred qualifications include exposure to healthcare projects or regulated environments, experience with accessibility standards (WCAG), understanding of structured data and semantic HTML, and familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, or Lighthouse.
