Job title: Director - .Net Full Stack Job Description: Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Developer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in software development, specializing in T-SQL programming and C# . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of stored procedures, functions, and database automation , and be capable of analyzing and documenting complex systems and data structures. This is a senior-level role requiring technical leadership, architectural insight, and a passion for clean, scalable code. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and automation scripts . Lead the architecture and implementation of robust, scalable .NET applications. Analyze and document existing C# codebases , system design, and data structures. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices. Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications and databases. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes and tools. Lead the team by example.
