Director - .Net Full Stack

Role Overview: You are a highly experienced .NET Developer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in software development, specializing in T-SQL programming and C#. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and automation scripts. Additionally, you will lead the architecture and implementation of robust, scalable .NET applications, analyze and document existing C# codebases, system design, and data structures, collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, mentor junior developers, ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications and databases, drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes and tools, and lead the team by example.
