As the director of International Networks IT India, you are responsible for overseeing transversal IT deliveries based in India. This role will act as a key liaison between the India-based teams and the global IT leadership, ensuring that IT operations are aligned with International Networks strategic business goals, and providing leadership to the India teams to deliver high-quality IT services across International Networks meeting customer needs and business objectives.
Operationally, you are responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the International networks ’s Business Intelligence (BI) platform using Power BI, with particular emphasis on the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that support data-driven decision-making across International Networks. You will ensure that both IT operations and the BI platform operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently, meeting the evolving needs of International Networks and our stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact and key liaison for team members in India, resolving issues and facilitating communication with International Networks IT leadership.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and career development opportunities for International Networks IT operational managers and staff in India.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, ensuring that International Networks IT teams remain motivated and aligned with International Networks strategy and Its goals.
- Play a pivotal role in driving the success of International Networks IT operations in India by leading and optimizing the delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, governance, and performance management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transversally all the India-based International Networks IT operational team and responsible for Business Intelligence to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Serve as the main bridge between the India-based teams and International Networks IT leadership and business lines, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives, operational goals, and priorities
- Work closely with International Networks IT leadership to identify and address any gaps or challenges in service delivery and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders from all parts of International Networks to gather and prioritize requirements, fostering and maintaining transversal interlocks as efficient as possible
- Monitor and report on the operational performance of International Networks IT teams in India, implementing necessary actions to resolve any issues and enhance productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase service quality for internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to International Networks IT policies, procedures, and best practices during the implementation of IT projects
- Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential system risks, security vulnerabilities, and service interruptions, ensuring the India teams are equipped to respond quickly and effectively
- Act as a liaison between the India International Networks IT teams and its IT, providing status updates and gathering feedback on IT-related matters
- Assist in identifying India cost-saving opportunities and ensuring resources are utilized effectively
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage staffing, budgeting, and other administrative functions related to the India International Networks IT teams
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies for India-based International Networks IT teams, ensuring recruitment aligns with departmental needs and business objectives
- Ensure ongoing professional development and training programs for team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities in the International Networks IT domain
- Oversee the management and optimization of the Business Intelligence (BI) platform using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Responsible for overseeing the development, integration, and governance of BI platforms, particularly Power BI, ensuring data quality, security, and alignment with business objectives
- Ensure that Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models are aligned with business needs and provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with business users to define and refine BI reporting requirements, ensuring the BI platform supports organizational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring consistency, security, and quality of data visualizations
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are upheld within the Power BI environment

- Knowledge on Phyton, Java, BPMN, Lowcode, enterprise architecture, Open Digital Architecture

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Dataiku, Qlik) is beneficial, but Power BI expertise is essential.
Education, Qualifications, Certifications, And Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a relevant field (such as an MBA in Information Technology, or a Master’s in IT Management) is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred but not required
- Leadership experience: Managing BI teams or cross-functional teams in a BI context, and liaising with stakeholders from other business units to ensure that BI solutions meet business needs
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years focused on Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g., data modeling, reporting, dashboards, analytics) and how they align with business strategy and decision-making
- ITIL Foundation (or higher)
