Director of International Networks IT India

Role Overview: As the director of International Networks IT India, you are responsible for overseeing transversal IT deliveries based in India. You will act as a key liaison between the India-based teams and the global IT leadership, ensuring that IT operations are aligned with International Networks strategic business goals. Your role involves providing leadership to the India teams to deliver high-quality IT services across International Networks, meeting customer needs and business objectives. Operationally, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Business Intelligence (BI) platform using Power BI, focusing on the development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the India-based International Networks IT operational team to ensure smooth operations and service delivery, particularly in Business Intelligence - Act as the main bridge between the India-based teams and International Networks IT leadership and business lines, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and operational goals - Work closely with International Networks IT leadership to identify and address gaps or challenges in service delivery and performance - Collaborate with stakeholders from all parts of International Networks to gather and prioritize requirements, fostering efficient transversal interlocks - Monitor and report on the operational performance of International Networks IT teams in India, implementing necessary actions to enhance productivity - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase service quality for internal stakeholders - Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices during IT projects implementation - Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential system risks, security vulnerabilities, and service interruptions, ensuring quick and effective responses from the India teams - Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring effective resource utilization - Oversee talent acquisition strategies, recruitment, staffing, budgeting, and other administrative functions related to the India International Networks IT teams - Ensure ongoing professional development and training programs for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in the IT domain Qualifications Required: - Bachelors / Masters Degree in a relevant field is preferred - Leadership experience in managing BI teams or cross-functional teams, with a minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience and 5+ years focused on Business Intelligence and data analytics - Strong understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and ITIL Foundation certification Additional Details: Knowledge on Phyton, Java, BPMN, Lowcode, enterprise architecture, Open Digital Architecture Understanding of industry trends and the specific domain of the product/project Ability to lead and manage teams, coach and mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and think strategically Familiarity with Agile principles, BI architectures, data visualization, and making informed decisions quickly Experience with BI tools such as Dataiku and Qlik, with essential expertise in Power BI,
