Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Padi, Chennai. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Experience or understanding of healthcare marketing is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and site structure
  • Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link-building campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Optimize local SEO for healthcare clients (Google My Business, local citations)
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for improved site performance

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad copy for maximum ROI
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize bids for best performance
  • Create and test landing pages for improved conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, keywords, and landing pages
  • Manage Google Display Network and remarketing campaigns
  • Understand and implement PPC strategies compliant with healthcare advertising guidelines

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Create engaging content calendars aligned with client objectives and healthcare compliance
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns with budget optimization
  • Monitor social media conversations and engage with audiences
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide performance reports
  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations when applicable
  • Create social media graphics and basic video content coordination

Content Marketing

  • Develop content marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website content
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation and automation
  • Create content for various stages of the marketing funnel
  • Ensure all healthcare content is accurate, compliant, and ethically sound
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, and downloadable resources

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all digital channels
  • Create comprehensive monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Track KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, ROI, and engagement metrics
  • Present findings and strategies to clients and internal teams
  • Implement conversion tracking and goal setup for accurate measurement

Strategy & Client Management

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for healthcare clients
  • Understand client business objectives and align marketing strategies accordingly
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to clients professionally
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including designers, content writers, and developers
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (MANDATORY)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO with proven results in improving organic rankings
  • Strong experience managing PPC campaigns with budget management skills
  • Proficiency in social media marketing across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
  • Must own a laptop and bring it to the office daily (MANDATORY)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or understanding of healthcare industry regulations
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare advertising guidelines
  • Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or Facebook Blueprint Certification
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website edits
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing
  • Video marketing and YouTube optimization experience
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic creation
  • Experience managing agency clients or working in an agency environment
  • Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services

Compensation & Work Details

  • Salary: ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
  • Start Date: Immediate joining or within 30 days

Location

Office-based position in Padi, Chennai. Candidates must be able to commute to our Padi office daily.
