About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive to drive on-ground adoption of our Hospital/Lab/Pharmacy Management System (HMS/LIS) across clinics, labs, pharmacies, and polyclinics. This is a field-marketing + sales role focused on lead generation, demos, closures, and onboarding. Location: Calicut (primary) + surrounding districts (Malabar) Reporting to: Sales/Business Manager Employment type: Full-time, on-site/field What you’ll do Prospecting (Field & Phone): Map territories; visit clinics, labs, pharmacies; cold call and walk-ins; build a steady lead funnel. Pitch & Product Demos: Run needs-based demos of Fluxion HMS/LIS (Lab, Reception, Pharmacy, Billing, Reports, Integrations). Solutioning & Proposals: Identify module fit, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate commercial terms. Closures & Onboarding: Convert trials to paid, coordinate installation with tech team, ensure first-30-day adoption. Field Marketing: Plan and execute doctor meets, camp/CMEs, local association tie-ups, poster/standee placements (POSM). Pipeline Hygiene: Update CRM daily (leads, stages, notes), forecast accurately, share market intel (competition/pricing). Collections: Align payment milestones; ensure timely collections and documentation. Brand & Feedback Loop: Capture product feedback from users; relay insights to product/engineering. Must-have qualifications 1 year in B2B software sales or medical/healthcare IT sales (HMS/LIS/Pharmacy POS preferred). Strong Malayalam + workable English communication. Confident with smartphone/WhatsApp CRM, Google Sheets/Docs; quick product learning ability. Target-driven, self-starter, professional grooming and etiquette. Good to have Exposure to labs/diagnostics, pharmacy retail, or clinic workflows. Basic understanding of billing, inventory, lab reporting, device integrations. Existing network among local clinics/hospitals/pharmacies. Work schedule & travel Mon–Sat (field-heavy); flexible hours aligned to doctor/lab timings.
