As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will work alongside seasoned marketing professionals to execute data-driven digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and website visibility
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content structure
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using industry-standard tools

Social Media Marketing & Optimization (SMM/SMO)

• Develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that aligns with brand voice and objectives
• Optimize social media profiles to maximize reach and engagement
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Paid Advertising Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI
• Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
• Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports with data-driven recommendations for optimization

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas for client campaigns
• Support senior team members in developing integrated digital marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (internships and projects considered)
• Fundamental understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and paid advertising
• Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media scheduling platforms
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
