Role Overview:

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and drive engagement across digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in digital marketing within a multi-business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Execute email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and social media analytics
• Assist in creating digital marketing collateral and campaigns
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for digital projects
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field is preferred
• 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing (freshers welcome)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus
