Time Keeper

# Job Overview:
DTC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Time Keeper for our construction project at DTC Good Earth. This role is essential for maintaining accurate labour attendance records, verifying contractor bills, and ensuring compliance with all statutory labour regulations.

# Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive attendance records for all site labourers working under various contractors
• Verify daily contractor bills against time and attendance data
• Review time submissions and identify any inconsistencies or potential issues, reporting them to management
• Manage labourer documentation including registration, KYC, and ID card generation
• Maintain security attendance reports and time sheets
• Ensure full compliance with ESIC, EPFO, and statutory labour regulations
• Operate attendance software and generate regular reports

# Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in time keeping role within construction or similar industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Indian labour compliance requirements (ESIC, EPFO)
• Experience with attendance management systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams

# Work Environment:
This is an on-site role at our DTC Good Earth construction project in Kolkata. You will work closely with the Project Manager, site supervisors, and multiple contractors. The role requires regular interaction with labourers and contractor representatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
