Time Keeper

About The Role

• Track and maintain accurate records of all labourers working at the site across different contractors
• Verify and reconcile contractors' daily bills against time attendance records
• Act as the compliance watchdog by reviewing time submissions and flagging any inconsistencies or discrepancies to department heads
• Manage complete documentation for labourer registration, including KYC verification
• Generate and maintain security attendance reports
• Oversee labourer ID card generation and distribution
• Operate and maintain attendance software systems
• Prepare and manage labourer time sheets
• Ensure compliance with ESIC, EPFO, and other statutory labour regulations
• Maintain systematic records and generate reports as required
  

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Time Keeper in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting
• Sound knowledge of labour compliance requirements (ESIC, EPFO, etc.)
• Experience with attendance management software
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to spot discrepancies
• Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with contractors and site teams
• Ability to handle documentation and maintain organised records
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
