KRAs: 1. Generating sales from the walk-in client & follow up them on daily basis. 2. Achieving sales target & goal set. 3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets from existing reference and potential clients. 4. Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored solutions. 5. Identify and qualify potential leads and Negotiate and close deals effectively. 6. Prepare sales reports and presentations etc. Must-Have Skills: 1. Real estate experience in Direct Sales Preferred Skills: 1. Sales experience in Developer House in Premium or Mid-range ( 75 lakhs to 1.5 cr. Flat value) segment.
