About the Role We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Financial Advisor to help customers plan, invest, and grow their wealth. You will identify clients’ financial needs, recommend suitable investment/insurance products, and build long-term relationships that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Meet and acquire new clients through leads, referrals, and field activity. Understand client goals and create financial plans (investment, protection, retirement, tax planning). Recommend suitable products — Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, SIPs, and other wealth solutions. Maintain regular follow-ups and review client portfolios. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of meetings, proposals, and conversions. Ensure compliance with company policies and SEBI/IRDAI guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or any relevant field. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Basic understanding of investments, insurance, and financial markets. Ability to explain financial products in simple, customer-friendly language. High self-discipline and sales orientation.
