Role & responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for flats/projects. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bookings. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives. Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement. Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Business Development Identify new markets, customer segments, and channels for sales. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation. Develop broker/channel partner networks for wider market reach. Market Intelligence Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, and strategies. Share market feedback with management for strategic decisions. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance.
