Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Ortho Implants

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to lead our orthopedic implant sales operations. The role involves managing sales teams, developing Dealers and distributors relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for our range of orthopaedic implants and surgical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned territories.

- Identify new business opportunities across dealers and distributors.

- Set sales targets and ensure achievement through effective planning and monitoring.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.

- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to promote implant solutions.

- Ensure timely response to surgeon and hospital needs, complaints, and feedback.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and stockists in the assigned region.

- Monitor inventory, order flow, and supply chain coordination to ensure consistent availability.

- Ensure compliance with pricing, discount structures, and company policies.

- Gather feedback on competitor activities and market requirements.

- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.

- Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and relevant medical device regulations.

- Report market insights, product performance, and competitor developments to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in medical device or orthopedic implant sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and healthcare sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with surgeons and hospital management.
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven team leadership and motivational skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Compensation:

INR 35000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,793.25 per month
