We are seeking Sales Managers who are passionate about direct sales, product demonstrations, and driving conversions in the commercial kitchen segment. The role involves face-to-face selling, live demos, and building strong B2B relationships with clients like cafes, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and catering services. Key Responsibilities β Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the On2Cook device β Identify and convert leads from commercial kitchens, food businesses, and franchises β Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through in-person sales efforts β Develop a deep understanding of the product to effectively communicate its value proposition β Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets β Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and customer demos β Report and track leads, demo feedback, and pipeline progress using CRM tools β Train and guide junior sales team members (for Sales Manager role) Requirements For Sales Executives (1β3 years): β Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horeca, or related field β Strong communication and interpersonal skills β Passion for physical product sales and demo-driven selling β Willingness to travel locally and conduct in-person meetings β Prior experience in B2B or kitchen equipment sales is a plus β Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply For Sales Managers (3β5 years): β Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in horeca or kitchen-related products β Ability to lead and motivate a small team of executives β Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals β Excellent negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills β Experience in market expansion and strategic planning Who Should Not Apply β Professionals focused only on SaaS, digital products, or virtual sales β Candidates uncomfortable with live demonstrations and fieldwork Why Join Us? β Work on a revolutionary product featured on Shark Tank India, CES, and global design awards β Join a fast-growing team with a global mission β Opportunity to make a direct impact on the companyβs growth and success β Performance-driven culture with transparent incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: βΉ600,000.00 - βΉ1,400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
