Job Description

We are seeking Sales Managers who are passionate about direct sales, product demonstrations, and driving conversions in the commercial kitchen segment. The role involves face-to-face selling, live demos, and building strong B2B relationships with clients like cafes, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and catering services. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the On2Cook device ● Identify and convert leads from commercial kitchens, food businesses, and franchises ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through in-person sales efforts ● Develop a deep understanding of the product to effectively communicate its value proposition ● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets ● Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and customer demos ● Report and track leads, demo feedback, and pipeline progress using CRM tools ● Train and guide junior sales team members (for Sales Manager role) Requirements For Sales Executives (1–3 years): ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horeca, or related field ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Passion for physical product sales and demo-driven selling ● Willingness to travel locally and conduct in-person meetings ● Prior experience in B2B or kitchen equipment sales is a plus ● Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply For Sales Managers (3–5 years): ● Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in horeca or kitchen-related products ● Ability to lead and motivate a small team of executives ● Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals ● Excellent negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills ● Experience in market expansion and strategic planning Who Should Not Apply ● Professionals focused only on SaaS, digital products, or virtual sales ● Candidates uncomfortable with live demonstrations and fieldwork Why Join Us? ● Work on a revolutionary product featured on Shark Tank India, CES, and global design awards ● Join a fast-growing team with a global mission ● Opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s growth and success ● Performance-driven culture with transparent incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: β‚Ή600,000.00 - β‚Ή1,400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
