About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term client success across the hospitality segment. This role combines new business development

, and regional market strategy

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and aligning solutions effectively.
Generate local leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital outreach.
Account Management & Upselling
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth through strategic conversations.
Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
Stay informed on regional hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.
Work closely with product and tech teams to suggest enhancements based on market needs and client feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute region-specific campaigns and events.
Work with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain up-to-date records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree required (Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, SaaS, or travel technology.
Skills & Competencies
Sales Expertise:
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets; strong closing skills.
Client Management:
Ability to build trust, manage relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead Conversion:
Skilled in prospecting, follow-ups, and converting warm/cold leads into paying customers.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
Tech Fluency:
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Time Management:
Self-organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
