Role Description LOCATION - AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who combines technical curiosity with strong sales acumen. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting potential clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with company goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients at their facilities and our office. Sales Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads; manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in industrial, municipal, and corporate sectors. Technical Translation: Communicate complex nanotechnology concepts in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders and emphasizes ROI. Travel & Site Visits: Travel to client locations (30–40% of the time) for pitches, demos, and relationship management. Collaboration: Work with our technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in technology, water/wastewater, environmental, or industrial sectors Comfortable learning and explaining technical specifications; ability to understand product functionality and client technical requirements Proven expertise in sales strategy development, lead generation, and closing sales Experience selling to corporate, industrial, or government clients Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills Knowledge of industrial or municipal water purification systems and related technologies Analytical ability to understand client needs and customization of solutions Proficiency in CRM software and tools for sales tracking and reporting Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding regions
