Front Office Executive

Job Purpose We are looking for a smart, welcoming lady Front Desk Executive to handle all reception and clerical duties at our main entrance's front desk. The person will be the company's "face" to all visitors and is responsible for our first impression. The ideal candidate has a friendly, crafted demeanour while also being sharp and disciplined about administrative work. It is important that the person can handle complaints and provide reliable information. KRS(s) Ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients and visitors.Entry every visited customer in site in DTC Software as well as allocate visits to Sales Team & update report on daily basis as required.Addressing client issues and complaints effectively and professionally.Organizing and maintaining client files, property documents and other relevant paperwork.Ensuring the reception area and common spaces are tidy and presentable.Assisting with general administrative tasks such as coordinating with Pantry Staff, Purchase Department and Other Departments.
