Enout is redefining how people connect, collaborate, and celebrate by building innovative experiences that leave a lasting impact. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the growth engine that powers our sales pipeline.
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to fuel our revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical ability, and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end funnel from MQL to SQL, set up outbound engines, and enable our sales teams with high-quality leads.
* Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads.
* Build a predictable MQL → SQL funnel with clear tracking and conversion goals.
* Manage and optimize lead generation activities using tools like Lusha, Apollo, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
* Establish and manage the cold calling setup with SDR/BDR teams to scale outbound efforts.
* Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on ICPs, messaging, and pipeline goals.
* Measure, analyze, and report on demand generation performance (CAC, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline influence).
* Continuously test and optimize campaigns, channels, and messaging for growth.
* 4–6 years of B2B demand generation / growth marketing experience.
* Proven success in driving pipeline creation and conversion.
* Strong experience with Lusha, Apollo.io, CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
* Knowledge of MQL, SQL frameworks, and experience building scalable lead funnels.
* Hands-on experience in setting up and managing cold calling / outbound outreach engines.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
