Job Overview

Demand Generation Manager


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to increase MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, events, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to refine lead scoring, nurturing, and funnel progression processes.
  • Analyse funnel performance and campaign ROI to optimise conversion rates at each stage (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Win).
  • Launch and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound-support programs targeting priority accounts or verticals.
  • Craft compelling campaign messaging and create engaging assets in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Enhance marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing efficiency.
  • Align with the SDR/BDR team on lead follow-up SLAs, sequences, and handoff processes.


Required Skills

Must-Have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in demand generation and growth within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta, and Smartlead.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion paths, and lead lifecycle metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience and familiarity with the USA market and its dynamics.
  • Experience with cold outbound & supporting SDR/BDR motions
  • Familiarity with the dental or healthcare technology space
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with advanced ABM strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and trends.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management or healthcare-related marketing.
  • Experience optimising customer journey mapping and personalisation strategies.
  • Proven ability to reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and improve lead-to-close conversion rates.
