What the role offers you:

Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns for the
U.S. B2B market
.
Leverage advanced tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Orum) and new-age AI automation to scale productivity.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, and Product.

What we’re looking for:

7 –12 years of experience in Demand Generation / Inside Sales leadership.
Proven success in building and scaling SDR/demand gen teams.
Strong exposure to
B2B SaaS / U.S. Market Sales
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
