Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Planning

• Build and maintain a quarterly demand-gen plan and weekly marketing activity calendar aligned to demo goals.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (

  ICPs

  ), personas, and target account lists; direct the research team to enrich contacts and intent signals.

• Content & SEO

• Write and repurpose blogs/case studies; turn SMEs insights and past content into high-intent assets.
• Own topic clusters, briefs, and publishing cadence; coordinate with editors/designers for polish (you provide the brief, not the graphics).

• Paid & Social

• Manage LinkedIn campaigns (lead gen forms, website clicks, retargeting) and Google Ads
• Build and iterate on keyword, audience, and creative testing roadmaps; ensure accurate conversion tracking.

• Operations & Enablement

• Manage lead routing, UTM discipline, GA4/Tag Manager events, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot).
• Partner with Sales for Marketing Qualified Lead (

  MQL

  ) Sales Qualified Lead (

  SQL

  ) definitions and feedback loops; run weekly performance reviews.

• Team Leadership

• Set goals and SOPs for the

  research team

  ; QA outputs; coach for speed and precision.

• What you will NOT do

• Cold calling, graphic design, website development (you can request changes/briefs), or customer meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation/growth marketing, including hands-on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven track record hitting demo or pipeline targets.
• Strong writing/editing skills for blogs, landing pages, and ads; ability to repurpose content quickly.
• Comfortable with HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and basic SEO tools.
• Analytical mindset: cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, experiment design, and clear reporting.
• Experience managing a small team of researchers.
• Proficient in English.
