Demand Generation Manager

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will take ownership of designing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads, with a strong focus on international markets. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth, leveraging advanced tools and digital channels. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Plan and execute result-driven lead generation campaigns targeting international clients.
• Tool Mastery: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify, engage, and nurture prospects.
• Campaign Execution: Independently design, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to deliver qualified leads.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to refine strategies.
• Optimization: Continuously enhance campaigns using data-driven insights for better efficiency and outcomes.
• Market Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven lead generation experience (international focus preferred), with prior agency background.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,531.81 - ₹50,417.15 per month
