Looking for - We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager who can drive qualified pipeline, meet campaign deadlines, and lead a small team towards achieving revenue growth goals. This role demands both strategic thinking and executional ownership, with strong collaboration across sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, events, email, and content marketing. Target Achievement: Drive MQL-to-SQL pipeline, ensuring campaigns deliver on set deadlines and revenue targets. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of executives/associates; ensure alignment, productivity, and timely delivery. Collaboration with Sales: Partner with sales teams to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and smooth handoffs . Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Process & Tools: Optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.) and CRM processes to scale campaigns. Key Requirements 4–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS/technology. Proven ability to achieve targets and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in team management or mentoring is preferred. Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM, and campaign analytics tools . Strong communication and project management skills. Success in This Role Meeting quarterly pipeline contribution goals. Leading the team to deliver campaigns on time and with measurable ROI . Building effective alignment with sales for faster deal closures. Establishing repeatable and scalable demand generation processes.
