Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution:

  Plan, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, events, email, and content marketing.

• Target Achievement:

  Drive MQL-to-SQL pipeline, ensuring campaigns deliver on

  set deadlines and revenue targets.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a small team of executives/associates; ensure alignment, productivity, and timely delivery.

• Collaboration with Sales:

  Partner with sales teams to ensure

  lead quality, lead nurturing, and smooth handoffs

  .

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Process & Tools:

  Optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.) and CRM processes to scale campaigns.

Key Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience

  in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS/technology.
• Proven ability to

  achieve targets and manage deadlines

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in

  team management or mentoring

  is preferred.
• Hands-on with

  marketing automation, CRM, and campaign analytics tools

  .
• Strong communication and project management skills.
