This role will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of our enterprise-level SaaS platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Digital Enablement: Engage with subscribers to understand their current ESG maturity, reporting needs, and sustainability priorities. Provide expert advisory on digital transformation pathways for ESG program management using our SaaS platform. ESG Platform Implementation & Adoption: Lead consulting conversations focused on configuring and deploying ESG modules to align with client business objectives, data structures, and reporting frameworks (e.g., BRSR, GRI, SASB, ESRS, TCFD). Client Advisory & Product Advocacy: Participate in client discussions, demos, and workshops to communicate ESG insights, showcase platform functionalities, and recommend optimal workflows for data collection, performance tracking, and disclosure management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal solution, product, and analytics teams to co-create client-ready materials such as benchmark dashboards, KPI libraries, and framework-aligned reporting templates. Sustainability Research & Data Analysis: Conduct deep research into company ESG disclosures, sustainability trends, and peer benchmarking across multiple industries to generate actionable insights.
