We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient SharePoint Implementation & Migration Specialist to assist in the migration of on-premises file shares to SharePoint Online . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, file system structures, and basic scripting. This role will support the design, planning, execution, and post-migration validation processes while working closely with senior consultants and end users. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the assessment of existing file shares , folder structures, and user access. Support the design and setup of SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and metadata . Execute migrations using tools such as ShareGate , Microsoft Migration Manager , or PowerShell scripts under guidance. Help maintain migration logs, track progress, and resolve minor issues or errors. Validate post-migration content, including permissions, file integrity , and metadata. Assist with user onboarding, basic training , and issue resolution post go-live. Support documentation of migration plans, mappings, and configurations. Collaborate with senior team members, project leads, and department stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: 2 to 5 years of IT experience, including exposure to SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365.
