Responsibilities Engage with potential schools/clients through calls, emails and follow-ups. Generate new leads through market research, calling and outreach. Work on company-provided leads and convert them into sales. Conduct detailed need analysis to pitch suitable programs & workshops. Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools. Achieve monthly targets related to outreach, demos and closures. Build strong relationships with school management and decision-makers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Required Skills 1 - 2 years of inside sales experience (EdTech experience preferred). Strong communication & presentation skills. Ability to understand school requirements and pitch relevant solutions. Comfortable in lead generation + conversion roles. Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in handling decision-makers.
