Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s AI-powered, cloud-native platform and IoT solutions
• Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and website updates
• Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights to optimise future efforts
• Assist in coordinating virtual events, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s solutions
• Maintain and update the company’s website and marketing databases to ensure accurate and current information
• Support partnerships and outreach initiatives to build brand awareness within the hospitality industry
• Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
